You agree to resolve any dispute or claim that you have against 4Rabet, its affiliates or their respective employees (collectively "4Rabet Parties") through binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules and Procedures published by Cyprus' Courts.If such a controversy arises between the User and us, we agree not to file or participate in filing claims for injunctive relief.

17. SEVERABILITY

These Terms are severable into separate enforceable provisions and any provision that is held invalid or unenforceable shall be modified to reflect as closely as possible our original intent.This modification will take effect without delay, provided the validity of all other provisions remains unaffected.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets out the entire agreement between you (the User) and us regarding your use of Services and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements or arrangements with respect to the subject matter hereof.Please note that in case of a conflict, this Agreement will prevail over any other communication.

19. GOVERNING JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by Cyprus' courts, which shall have jurisdiction without regard to conflicts-of-law principles, or where applicable, international arbitration as described above.The User irrevocably and unconditionally waives all defenses based upon the lack of jurisdiction.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4Rabet will not be liable for any consequential damages that may result from a breach by us of these Terms except to the extent such liability is required by applicable law.
